Matt established ClearPoint Technology Solutions in October of 2006. He brings with him over 9 years experience in the industry servicing small and mid-sized businesses with their technology needs. Previously Matt serviced over 35 top clients for another consulting firm for 7 years before deciding to launch his own company. His responsibilities included everything from help desk support to advanced firewall and security software implementation to project management. His expertise in developing strong relationships with customers has allowed him to not only support their infrastructure but help evolve their business processes using smarter, “clearer” techniques, saving time and money.
Matt's industry certifications include an MCP, expertise in Windows 2000 Server; Windows 98 (retired); Windows XP Professional; and Microsoft Small Business Server 2003. Currently Matt is focusing on Microsoft CRM, the Blackberry Enterprise line of products, Level Platforms monitoring services and offsite hosting solutions.
Matt’s goal is to create an information technology firm that could provide ALL the answers to customers looking for technology. “Too many technology firms will walk away from customer issues saying “we don’t service that” or “you’ll have to call the other person for that”. Our clients don’t have time to figure out what vendor to call and who to coordinate - they’re busy running their business!”
